  • 2008 — present — A business-event manager.Responsible for Conferences, forums, round tables, well-orgonized corporate parties!!!!
  • 2005-2007 — the head of several international business-conferences “Top-management”,corporate party expert.
  • 2003-2005 — the co-author and the supervisor of HR and sales trainings. A consultant, a beginner event-manager.
  • 2001-2003 — A consultant on diagnostics of administrative groups, HR expert, the coordinator of the project www.swot.by
  • 2000-2001 — A business-analyst in the HR field, an office-manager, a creative project participant.
  • 1999-2000 — A Headhunter and a marketing expert of HR agency "Centre-99 ".
 
For me:
 
Consulting — is my “professional adolescence”, it’s my lifelong disease.
 
Achievement — is a process of getting maximum of internal motivation.
 
Opportunity — is a kind of a dream. For example, a flight above the oceans and countries on my own wings.
